DIRECTOR
Mr Aseem Rais
Mr Aseem began his education in Bishop School Pune where he was elected Head Boy. His passion in sports included hockey, rifle shooting and hunting. He drew his inspiration in education from his illustrious grandfather who started the first Rais High School in Thane.
In 2003 Mr Aseem Rais co-founded Rais Institute of management studies (RIMS) at Juhu, to provide quality management education to a vast number of students struggling to enter institutes out of Mumbai and abroad. After becoming the first accredited CIE school in Mumbai and shifting to a larger complex at Andheri, RIMS now is a complete K12 school ready and equipped for students of all age groups.

Ms Reshma Hawa
The fundamental factors that drive an organisation to success is a leader with a vision and the skill. A person who believes in making RIMS the number one school by 2020 without compromising on any of the core philosophies, MsReshma Hawa brings to life the words of Hellen Keller ‘never consent to creep when you feel the impulse to soar’. She possesses the unique ability to influence , motivate and create an environment where goals can be accomplished. She brings to RIMS 15 years of experience in handling high profile assignments with élan and expertise.

Ms. Rukshana Irani
Ms Rukshana Irani has joined RIMS as a consultant. Prior to this she has experience of twenty two years as a Principal and has been associated with the central Board.
With Ms Irani’s depth of experience in the education field and empathy for children we are pleased to welcome her in the RIMS family.
Her proficiency in initiating new programs, optimising the learning atmosphere,staff development and ensuring a safe environment for her students will greatly benefit RIMS.
Her love for education and children is evident in her daily interactions with the faculty ,staff, parents and students .She believes in leading by example and holds her students and faculty to the highest standard..Her primary goal at RIMS will be to instill a love for learning among the students and maintain strong academic excellence.
Her firm commitment to developing the needs of the child both academic and emotional will help us in nurturing responsible citizens of tomorrow.
Ms Irani is looking forward to working with all the stakeholders at RIMS and to provide thebest education for our children sothat they achieve their full potential.
